Full Service Options

We have a long and successful track record of delivering turnkey projects. What’s included? Engineering, shop & fabrication drawings, procurement of all materials including glass, metal fabrication, and shipping. Ladder, cassette, and unitized assembly can be included as mandated in the scope of work. If a project calls for unique products or applications, we can include professional Design/Assist work as an integral component of the project.

Fabrication-Only Options

We often provide fabrication-only services for customers who prefer to source their own materials and engineering. We have extensive experience fabricating the products of all major U.S. manufacturers, and have also fabricated custom or proprietary systems. Customers are welcome to customize fabrication-only jobs to include, or not include, installation of gaskets or sheer blocks, installation of glass or other infills, and partial or complete assembly of frames.

Design Assist

We offer performance-based design and engineering support for thermal, blast, flood-resistant and other site-specific systems. Design and drafting services include the following, as applicable: comprehensive AutoCAD drawings; embed/insert locations; custom die extrusion profiles; fabrication drawings; and unit assembly drawings. Engineering services include load calculations and submission drawings with the final set approved and stamped by an authorized professional or structural engineer. As applicable, testing services include testing of mockups to achieve specified requirements with respect to thermal performance, seismic performance, structural and environmental loads, and/or resistance to water penetration.

Quality Control

Quality control is essential in producing work free of errors. It’s an organic component of how we perform the work.  We created and update a proprietary Operations Manual that focuses on key aspects of project execution with the objective of instilling best practices. The manual provides QC procedures for every phase of a project, from receiving materials to shipping finished goods.
