At Jordan Architectural, our ultimate goal is always customer satisfaction.  To this end, we strive to complete all projects on time and on budget, fabricated to contract specifications, delivered on-schedule, and priced competitively.  Our five-stage process includes the Estimate, Shop Drawings/Engineering , Fabrication, Delivery, and Completion stages.  This process is designed to maximize project throughput, reduce fabrication error and customer cost, so that your project is completed on time and on budget.

Our team of highly-trained estimators can quickly provide you with a quote, and will work with you to ensure the lowest possible price.  Our approach of “total transparency” means that we will break down the quote as much or as little as you require, allowing you to see the entire scope of the project.

Once the contract has been awarded, our team of dedicated CAD professionals will begin producing shop drawings, we will begin ordering material, any necessary engineering will be completed, and a delivery schedule will be drawn up.  We pride ourselves on the speed, accuracy, and quality of our shop drawings.  All aluminum, glass, panels, louvers, accessories, and any other material or supplies required to complete the project will be ordered as soon as possible to minimize turnaround time.

Once the material has arrived in our state-of-the-art facility, our trained cadre of skilled craftsmen will swiftly produce frames according to precise fabrication drawings.  Employing high-tech CNC milling machines, electronic punches, and computerized saws, we can very quickly fabricate any project with the highest degree of accuracy. Knocked-down or assembled, we will manufacture all frames to suit your installation needs.  We are ideally suited to rolling out a project in stages, to be delivered to the job site according to architect/owner demands.  During the fabrication phase, we hold regular meetings or teleconferences with our customers to work out problems, decide on shipping dates, and resolve any concerns or site-related issues which may arise.

As the project develops, we will begin shipping fully-fabricated or knocked-down frames based on the project schedule.  Flexible shipping options allow you to take delivery of frames based on your needs and the needs of the architect, owner, and general contractor.  Based on the schedule that we work out with you during the initial phases of the project, we will ship pieces to your shop or the jobsite to ensure a steady, balanced installation timetable.

As we near completion on the project, we, in consultation with our customer, will address any outstanding issues or concerns to guarantee customer satisfaction.  We are committed to working with you to meet the objectives of the project, and to this end we are always available for consultation and resolution of owner, architect, general contractor, or customer concerns.
